My role I helped to build the app from scratch by conducting research, competitor analysis, interviewing users of other mobile products (custdev), and working closely with a nutritionist and fitness expert. I have been working on the app with a team for three years, continuously improving retention, and user engagement, and collaborating with the development, marketing, content, and product management teams. Additionally, I hired three Product designers and two illustrators and led them.
I'm proud of I helped to increase user retention and engagement, and as a result, Welltech became a top 3 H&F publisher by revenue in 2022. I also improved the custdev process, implemented a user testing process using platforms such as Maze and User Testing, established a content generation process with the team, and improved the connection between writers, designers, and illustrators. Furthermore, I implemented a cross-team design-sharing process, moderated design workshops, and improved the design hiring process within the company.

My role I helped to build an app from scratch by conducting research, competitor analysis, interviewing users of other mobile fasting products (custdev), and working closely with a nutritionist. I worked with the FastEasy product team as a Product Designer for the first six months, after which I hired a Product designer and led them.
I'm proud of I created a visual system for the content that simplified the work on the feature, saving the team time and resources. Additionally, We integrated workouts into the fasting app, which was a unique feature among competitors. We also integrated the connection with Apple Healthkit and took into account accessibility needs, replacing the step-tracking feature with a wheelchair-tracking feature.
